Lasi schrieb ihre ersten Codezeilen bereits im Alter von 14 Jahren w\u00e4hrend ihrer Schulzeit. Anschlie\u00dfend vertiefte sie sich und besuchte die Fachhochschule in Hagenberg. In ihrem Arbeitsumfeld spezialisierte sie sich auf Testautomatisierung.
Wenn Lasi ihre Zeit nicht vorm Bildschirm verbringt, spielt sie gerne auch offline, ist mit ihrem VW Bus unterwegs, besucht Musikfestivals und Konzerte, mag R\u00e4tsel und geht in die Sauna. Nachdem es Lasi nach Wien zog, ist auch seit 2023 Female Coders in Wien aktiv.<\/p>\n

Irene fand ihre Leidenschaft f\u00fcr das Programmieren w\u00e4hrend des Studiums Medientechnologie und Design. An der Technischen Universit\u00e4t Wien promovierte sie zum Thema 3D-Rekonstruktion. Danach arbeitete sie als Softwareentwicklerin im Augmented und Virtual Reality Bereich und gr\u00fcndete k\u00fcrzlich ihre eigene Firma. Irene schloss sich female coders an, weil sie gerne mehr Kolleginnen in der Softwareindustrie h\u00e4tte. In ihrer Freizeit reist sie gerne, liest, arbeitet im Garten und verbringt viel Zeit mit ihren Kindern.<\/p>\n

Katrin bekam durch Berufstests den Vorschlag, sich f\u00fcr ein Studium im Bereich IT zu entscheiden. Anschlie\u00dfend studierte sie – nicht immer fehlerfrei – Spieleentwicklung an der Fachhochschule und Bioinformatik an der JKU. Jetzt arbeitet sie als leitende Datenwissenschaftlerin f\u00fcr verschiedene KI-Projekte, darunter Natural Language Processing. Dar\u00fcber hinaus m\u00f6chte sie ein allgemeines Bewusstsein und Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Voreingenommenheit in AI-Anwendungen schaffen und kann daher h\u00e4ufig als Rednerin oder Teilnehmerin bei relevanten Konferenzen, Veranstaltungen oder Meetups getroffen werden. In ihrer Freizeit geht Katrin gerne spazieren (besonders mit einem Hund), g\u00e4rtnert auf dem Balkon (sehr stolz auf die ersten einheimischen Tomaten und Kr\u00e4uter), spielt alle m\u00f6glichen Arten (Computer, Brett und Handy) und liest \u00fcber die neuesten Entwicklungen in Wissenschaft und Technik.<\/p>\n
